Mod North & Co.
Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. Please carefully review all photos, descriptions, and dimensions before completing your purchase.

In unique circumstances, a return may be granted upon review. In such cases:
- A 15% restocking fee applies, based on the original item cost.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to USPS.
⚠️ Important: Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized or “forced returns” will not be accepted and will be returned to sender unopened. All return arrangements must be confirmed via email.
