Mod North & Co.

Domestic Shipping

• Our default carrier is USPS Ground Advantage for all U.S. orders.
• Priority Mail is available upon request; additional shipping charges will apply.
• All packages include tracking and insurance.
• Processing time varies by design: 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the item. Please see individual product listings for specifics.
• Larger wall hangings may ship in oversized parcels.

International Shipping

• We currently accept orders from select countries via USPS Priority Mail International (estimated delivery 6–10 business days).
• Rates are auto-calculated at checkout. If something seems unusual, please email us for a shipping estimate.
• Packages include tracking and insurance.
• Any taxes, customs, and/or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Courier & Packaging

• We reuse packaging whenever possible as part of our eco-conscious approach.
• Please double-check your address at checkout—we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Shipping Issues

• Once a carrier picks up your package, delivery is their responsibility.

• If a package is marked Delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check around your property and alternate delivery spots.
  2. Ask nearby neighbors if the package was misdelivered.
  3. Contact your local post office and request the geo-coordinates of where the package was scanned.

• If theft is suspected, filing a police report will help with the insurance claim process.

• To prevent theft, we recommend adding Signature Verification, shipping to a PO Box, or sending to an alternate secure address.

Shipping:

• Original Artwork & Prints on Canvas: Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and shipping. For canvas pieces over 12″×12″, shipping may take up to 3 weeks due to the protective custom crates required for safe delivery.

• Prints on Paper & Hand-Painted Planters: Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and shipping. Each planter includes tracking and insurance.

Shipping:

• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $35; free shipping to Canada & International orders over $150 — otherwise, rates are calculated at checkout.

Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. Please carefully review all photos, descriptions, and dimensions before completing your purchase.

If you have questions before purchasing, we’re happy to help—reach out for additional photos or even a video demo to assist in your decision.

In unique circumstances, a return may be granted upon review. In such cases:

• A 15% restocking fee applies, based on the original item cost.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to USPS.

⚠️ Important: Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized or “forced returns” will not be accepted and will be returned to sender unopened. All return arrangements must be confirmed via email.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for refund or store credit.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.

Carpenter Farmhouse

• Offers replacements only for damaged items.
• Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
• Cancellations are not accepted.

Marianne Angeli Rodriguez Gallery

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of her art practice and limited gallery scale, Rodriguez & Co. does not accept returns or exchanges, except for in-person exchanges of paper prints conducted at the gallery itself.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in original condition.
