- Our default carrier is USPS Ground Advantage for all contiguous U.S. orders.
- Priority Mail is available upon request; additional shipping charges will apply.
- All packages include tracking and insurance.
- Processing time varies by design: 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the item. Please see individual product listings for specifics.
- Larger wall hangings may ship in oversized parcels.
International Shipping
- We currently do not accept international orders at this time.
Courier & Packaging
- We reuse packaging whenever possible as part of our eco-conscious approach.
- Please double-check your address at checkout—we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
Shipping Issues
- Once a carrier picks up your package, delivery is their responsibility.
- If a package is marked Delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check around your property and alternate delivery spots.
- Ask nearby neighbors if the package was misdelivered.
- Contact your local post office and request the geo-coordinates of where the package was scanned.
- If theft is suspected, filing a police report will help with the insurance claim process.
- To prevent theft, we recommend adding Signature Verification, shipping to a PO Box, or sending to an alternate secure address.

- A 15% restocking fee applies, based on the original item cost.
