We currently do not accept international orders at this time.

We reuse packaging whenever possible as part of our eco-conscious approach.

Shipping Issues
Once a carrier picks up your package, delivery is their responsibility.
If a package is marked Delivered but you cannot locate it:
Check around your property and alternate delivery spots.
Ask nearby neighbors if the package was misdelivered.
Contact your local post office and request the geo-coordinates of where the package was scanned.
If theft is suspected, filing a police report will help with the insurance claim process.
To prevent theft, we recommend adding Signature Verification, shipping to a PO Box, or sending to an alternate secure address.
Collective Suppliers Shipping
Partner-brand products ship directly from their respective suppliers. Processing time is the time needed to prepare an order before shipment; carrier delivery time is additional. The supplier website estimates below are provided for reference, not as confirmed Collective-specific commitments.
