  3. Contact your local post office and request the geo-coordinates of where the package was scanned.
• If theft is suspected, filing a police report will help with the insurance claim process.
• To prevent theft, we recommend adding Signature Verification, shipping to a PO Box, or sending to an alternate secure address.

Domestic Shipping

• Our default carrier is USPS Ground Advantage for all contiguous U.S. orders.
• Priority Mail is available upon request; additional shipping charges will apply.
• All packages include tracking and insurance.
• Processing time varies by design: 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the item. Please see individual product listings for specifics.
• Larger wall hangings may ship in oversized parcels.

International Shipping

• We currently do not accept international orders at this time. 

Courier & Packaging

• We reuse packaging whenever possible as part of our eco-conscious approach.
• Please double-check your address at checkout—we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Shipping Issues

• Once a carrier picks up your package, delivery is their responsibility.
• If a package is marked Delivered but you cannot locate it:
  1. Check around your property and alternate delivery spots.
  2. Ask nearby neighbors if the package was misdelivered.
  3. Contact your local post office and request the geo-coordinates of where the package was scanned.
• If theft is suspected, filing a police report will help with the insurance claim process.
• To prevent theft, we recommend adding Signature Verification, shipping to a PO Box, or sending to an alternate secure address.

Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. Please carefully review all photos, descriptions, and dimensions before completing your purchase.

If you have questions before purchasing, we’re happy to help—reach out for additional photos or even a video demo to assist in your decision.

In unique circumstances, a return may be granted upon review. In such cases:

• A 15% restocking fee applies, based on the original item cost.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to USPS.
