Ginger Uma Agate Wall Hanging — Warm Orange Statement Piece

Spiced ginger, burnt orange, and warm amber Brazilian agate slices in a compact Uma format — a piece with real color warmth that stops short of overwhelming. The ginger palette is one of those rare combinations that feels both bold and liveable, which is what makes it a strong choice for spaces that want personality without committing to something harder to live with.

WHERE IT WORKS:
A reading nook, bedroom corner, creative studio, or smaller entryway. The ginger-orange-amber palette pairs naturally with walnut, cream, warm white, rattan, and brass accents. Works in bohemian, transitional, or organic modern spaces.

THE DESIGNER BEHIND IT:
I'm Jessica Cortes — an interior designer for 14 years before founding Mod North & Co. in 2016. Since then, I've handcrafted and shipped over 10,000 pieces, and I'm proud to say Mod North & Co. helped start the agate garland category on Etsy. From 2019–2023, my agate clocks were also sold as a vendor line through Anthropologie.

Every piece is designed the way I'd specify it for a design client: with attention to how it reads at scale, not just up close.

Because each agate slice is natural stone, no two Uma pieces are ever quite identical.

Domestic Shipping

  • Our default carrier is USPS Ground Advantage for all contiguous U.S. orders.
  • Priority Mail is available upon request; additional shipping charges will apply.
  • All packages include tracking and insurance.
  • Processing time varies by design: 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the item. Please see individual product listings for specifics.
  • Larger wall hangings may ship in oversized parcels.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not accept international orders at this time. 

Courier & Packaging

  • We reuse packaging whenever possible as part of our eco-conscious approach.
  • Please double-check your address at checkout—we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Shipping Issues

  • Once a carrier picks up your package, delivery is their responsibility.
  • If a package is marked Delivered but you cannot locate it:
    1. Check around your property and alternate delivery spots.
    2. Ask nearby neighbors if the package was misdelivered.
    3. Contact your local post office and request the geo-coordinates of where the package was scanned.
  • If theft is suspected, filing a police report will help with the insurance claim process.
  • To prevent theft, we recommend adding Signature Verification, shipping to a PO Box, or sending to an alternate secure address.

Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. Please carefully review all photos, descriptions, and dimensions before completing your purchase.

If you have questions before purchasing, we’re happy to help—reach out for additional photos or even a video demo to assist in your decision.

In unique circumstances, a return may be granted upon review. In such cases:

  • A 15% restocking fee applies, based on the original item cost.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to USPS.

⚠️ Important: Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized or “forced returns” will not be accepted and will be returned to sender unopened. All return arrangements must be confirmed via email.
